The refit consists of all those activities that range from the recovery of abandoned boats, partial or complete restoration, restructuring and modernization of all or part of boats more or less recent. This is an activity for which the Dynaship Yacht Design is particularly proud and where, through the use of advanced technologies, able to express the greatest potential. When dealing with the restructuring of a boat very often you come across issues such as the replacement of antiquated for most of the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic; and maybe at the same time you update the furniture or anything else; Therefore, almost always from the point of view hydrostatic and hydrodynamic the same vessel may be subject to variation in its behavior in water. All this is clearly quantified, because the changes of the structure must be optimized, and, More importantly the figures typical of a vessel should be measured in relation to those could be any impacts on certifications and registrations. The study, from this point of view, thanks also to the techniques of “reverse engineering” of which it makes use, is able to reconstruct the 3D model of the vessel, starting, where possible from the original drawings of the boat and more often, indeed almost always, making a 3d relief boat in its entirety. At the moment we are able to achieve relief of boats of up to 40 with m degrees of accuracy of 2mm each 200m. The refit remains however rather complex to be addressed each time with a different approach, just because it related to the status of the vessel, its history, to those that possone be the needs of shipowners, or the fact that the simple desire to modernize the boat can result in drastic interventions often on plants, just to put them under. Is in any case one of the most fascinating that there are in the design because it combines almost all the disciplines.
