Preliminary expansion of a port facility located in Gaeta (LT)

The world of sailing is not only limited to the design and construction of boats, they are more or less large. The production of boats, Luxury or not, over the years has resulted in the expansion of the user base that is near the sea, a phenomenon even more pronounced in those countries where the economy is characterized by a strong momentum and increase of the population belonging to the middle class (between these China, India, Brazil). Increasing the number of boat owners comes from if that is increasing the demand for berths and, in ogni paese, is increasing the need for new ports and facilities dedicated to recreational boating; structures that are not only cold parking for boats of all kinds, but real tourist facilities which integrate with caution, landing points, areas of aggregation for the users of the structure (boat owners and tourists), recreational areas, reception points, technical services to vessels in transit and sedentary. Each port is a small reality on the ground in which to be integrated which is designed taking into account all those things described above. The Dynaship has a substantial luggage on the design of marinas having always been considered the boat, in this case Pleasure, not as a mere object, but a means to satisfy the need of every owner of travel in places always new but also and especially cozy. On the front of the port maritime, the study is following the design of a marina in southern Lazio. This port provides, inter alia the possibility to accommodate up 60 maxiyacht fino a 60 meters and will present itself as the largest marina in central Italy.
