The opportunity to represent as we would like it to be the territory in which we live is not a trivial matter; indeed, ever since we are small and our parents take us to see the sea, we reflect unconsciously,immaginandocomequeiluoghipotrebberoesserese potessimocambiareuncoloreoil place for that fountain. Well! The opportunity here for our planning group was much more tempting … redesign the waterfront of our city, comparing it to the hinterland of the province system before, and then Lazio. Our design group is born from the desire to be able to look, from heaven precisely, an orderly and usable land, in order to minimize the inconsistencies that often arise from a wild urbanization. Our motto intrinsic brings the will to observe the territory in its entirety and homogeneity, without focusing on small aspects of the area reorganization, but trying to provide a real brain storming what, in our opinion, is the best urban planning and volumetric identification of this wonderful land that we all love by birth and by vocation. In the following images we have summarized those who were the cornerstones on which we have carried out the project.

ORGANIZE THE ROAD 'IN RESPECT OF DUNE

 

We had all of us very clear what it was for a project on this scale, clearly not necessity, but as the operating method, He had to give man more space, giving back to the people and not only Pontine, their territory, just what he was snatched from the swamp with the effort of our ancestors. The first necessity in our opinion was to organize volumes born out of control into a proper town planning program, clearly this is not an expropriation project, but a repetition of the same displacement amount in a band far from the coast, in such a way as to decrease the urban pressure on the dune. Second fundamental point was, in our opinion, to provide services attentive to the needs of the shoreline, aiming for a marked redevelopment. This aspect seemed the gentlest and then we chose to penetrate with the functions of the green lungs, so as to give at any place of intervention, the impression of being in a very dynamic place and not etichettebile with easy adjectives palazzinari 60s′. We have also tried to identify the entrance doors to the coast by identifying with those of the poles of attraction as the port in Foce Verde and the Thermal area with the theme park in Capoportiere. We tried to be very careful with the traffic flow by creating a secondary road system set to maximum summer traffic, so as to be able to face serenely a real “Seasonal adjustment” the territory. These three simple points have been the mainstay of our meta-study, bringing us to a design solution that originates first of all from the territory of reordering needs and secondly trying to provide an organic design of our coast.
